The Upcycled Leather Suruali is constructed from reclaimed leather panels reworked into a sculpted flare silhouette.

Angled seam lines wrap around the leg to create natural movement and contour throughout the garment, while the mix of leather textures gives depth without relying on heavy branding or graphics.

Designed with a clean waistband and minimal exterior detailing, the focus stays on the shape, panel construction, and material itself. The slight flare at the hem balances the proportions and gives the leather a longer flowing motion when worn.
