Design Notes

The Frayed Denim Suruali was developed through layered paneled construction inspired by traditional draped garments, distressed textiles, and elongated workwear silhouettes.

Built using vertical strip paneling throughout the body, the garment was designed to create movement, texture, and distortion through both construction and wear. The exposed frayed edges intentionally reveal the layered build of the pants rather than hiding the raw structure beneath.

The custom woven denim pattern gives the surface a weathered, almost liquid-like appearance as the panels shift throughout movement.

Finished with a relaxed slight flare silhouette, extended frayed detailing, and reinforced multi-panel construction throughout the garment.
