You are eligible for a full refund if your product arrives damaged or doesn't match the product description.

We do accept size exchanges but the customer is responsible for all shipping costs so please refer to the sizing guide in each product description to ensure you get the correct size.

 Pre-Order Refund Policy

All pre-order sales are final. We do not offer refunds for pre-ordered items. However, we are happy to provide an exchange for a different size or for other items of equal value.
