How do I order on the YUSSUF KASSIM MANZI® website?
To make purchases on the site, simply add the desired items to your bag and navigate to checkout when you're ready to complete your purchase. We suggest you create an account to access dedicated services, experience faster checkout and easily manage past and existing orders.
Users can find all information related to their orders when they log in or register for an Account.
After placing your order, we will send a confirmation email. If it has been more than 24 hours and you have not received an email, please contact customer care at shop@yussufkassimmanzi.com or submit all inquiries here.
Once an order has been confirmed, it is not possible to modify the details or cancel your order. Please contact our customer care team for assistance in this instance.
As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, we will send you another email with the tracking number.

How do I pay for my order?
YUSSUF KASSIM MANZI® accepts many payment methods including:Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay.
The YUSSUF KASSIM MANZI® website allows you to securely save your credit card details so that you don't have to re-enter them for future purchases.
As soon as you complete your order, authorization for the necessary payment will be requested automatically to verify the validity of the credit card and availability of funds; however, the card is not charged until the order is shipped, at which point you will receive a notification email.

Can I pre-order an item that's not in stock?
Yes, the option to pre-order will appear on the product page if it's available for that item. A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for shipment but will be soon. An estimated ship date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page. note that because these dates are estimations, they can sometimes change. If you have a question regarding the status of your pre-order, our customer care team can assist you.
Mixed orders consisting of currently available and pre-order items will be dispatched at two different times, but you will be charged only once for the shipping fees. Orders consisting of pre-order items with different expected ship dates will be shipped together on the latest estimated delivery date.
In any case, you will receive a confirmation email as soon as the package is shipped. the purchase of pre-order items can be made with credit card only.

YUSSUF KASSIM MANZI® takes pride in the craftsmanship and design of our products. We seek to use only the finest materials and each item we sell is carefully inspected to ensure the highest manufacturing standards.
It is rare that we experience problems, but we are committed to providing the highest quality of customer service by helping resolve this issue. In the event you experience any hardware or structural issues, please contact customer service. Ship the product back with proof of purchase for a full refund. Customers are responsible for shipping costs. This limited warranty does not cover standard wear and tear, misuse, or theft. Pre-order and one-of-a-kind items are not eligible for refund. All discounted & sale items are final sale unless delivered incorrectly.
YUSSUF KASSIM MANZI® does not provide refunds purchased from off-price or unauthorized retailers.
We recommend that you treat all items with care as natural wear can occur. When not in use, store products such as accessories in the protective dust bag received with purchase in a cool, dry place. Color grain variations are characteristics of natural leathers and make each item unique. Tonal changes, incidental marks and texture variations should not be considered imperfections. To care for and extend the life of your purchase, prevent exposure to direct light, heat and humidity. Avoid contact with water, cosmetics and any oil-based substances. care should be taken when in contact with light colored garments or surfaces to prevent color transfer. Professional leather cleaning is recommended.
